Broken bits of me 80
My new year resolution is to follow the 20/20/20 formula as stated by Robin Sharma in the 5 am club.
I have lost the habit of waking early, so it's quite difficult for me to wake up at 5 all of a sudden. So I am starting from 7. Today I woke up at 7 and exercised for 20 minutes. Wrote my journal for 20 minutes and listened to a motivational speech for another 20 minutes.
I am also going to add an extra 20 minutes to talk to my parents in the morning. I think if I follow this long enough, it will be very fruitful in the long run.
