God comes down time to time . . . like in the garden @ Eden during the COOL of the day (specific timing).

When Man had concluded his given assignment in total obedience & surrender . . . HE comes to fellowship because their was first Relationship with Mankind. . .

So long Man lives on Earth, God will only arrive after Man has done his best with total obedience and submission . . . If we want God to BREAKOUT in our situation, family, career, marriage, health, & finances then Faithfully play your part as I do same, and wait patiently for God's own part to make it wholesome ( only when our Obediences are complete)
