Detective Desouza's The House at the end of street - PART 2
Welcome back hope you had viewed the previous article. Moving ahead the series of "Detective A. Desouza and his thrilling cases". Continuing the part 2 of Chapter 1 : The first case - House at the end of the Street.
Recap- Desoza got an awesome case of horrible house. People called house monstrous. The old lady was going to give the clue. Desouza was unable to understand Half burnt theory.
"So mam can you tell me why that house is monstrous ? Who was that lady and man ? Why only half of the portion is burnt ?"
Christina said , "officer if you are a good vigilant then you might have observed the big mirror present at the centre of palace."
"yes I saw that. It was in good condition. So what is interesting behind that ?"
"Isn't it awkward that all artifacts were burnt half but mirror was safe. Go officer check that mirror. Everyone is knowing the story of the house at the end of street. No one is going to even remember or talk about that."
"Anything more please ! If you ? "
"No officer I have discussed too much and today will be my last day. Its a nice last meeting . Officer ! You are just 34 years old . You have to see your life. Please leave the case. It will be better for you"
Then I went to the house once again. The wind speed was too more. It was something supernatural rather than realistic. But I and Christopher decided to see the mirror. We are heading towards the end of street.
I saw a cart loaded with cans to cross my nearby road. I was about to approach the house but suddenly a branch of tree fell down which cut the ropes of drums. One of the can rolled under our tyres and the car skidded off.
My hand fell out of the window. I am only few yards away from the horrible house. I saw again the dead parrot besides me and heard the terrible voices of crow.
"Ah! Adi my coffee got empty. Now its time to hear bethoveen music in my garden. Please come tomorrow"
"Sir ! please tell me what happened after that . Was that mirror was haunted ? Why the lady said the last meeting ? Do you remain alive from accident ? Oh ! sorry my last question is so funny. Ha ha ha.."
"No Adi ! I got died in that accident. But please leave now. I will continue tomorrow "
From authors side - Does really the mirror has some wiered information about the murder ? Why the lady said last meeting ? How Desouza was alive if he got died ? Too many questions.
