Give the same love to yourself the one that you give others. Give the same forgiveness to yourself the one that you give others. Give the same kindness to yourself the one that you give others. Give the same time to yourself the one that you give others. Give the same energy to yourself the one that you give others. You are more worthy than you believe. Don't drown yourself in self-criticism. You wouldn't do that to someone else. So, why would you do that to yourself?

Your friends and family deserve love and happiness. So do you. Strangers deserve all the love and happiness. So do you. They deserve to live a beautiful and happy life. So do you. When you validate others of such things, why can't you do the same to yourself? No one is criticizing you so brutally as much as you're doing to yourself. The world might not know your value. But you should know how valuable you are.

Everyone in the world deserves beautiful things. Everyone, including you. Before anything else, change your inner narrative if you haven't already. You deserve much more than you know.

It doesn't matter whether anyone else believes you or not. But you should.

You are worthy. You are enough. Always.
