Growing Up or Getting Old
A friend told me that there's a difference between growing up and getting old. Most people are so comfortable with their personal unchanging habits that they miss out on opportunities for growth, movement, and change within themselves or within their personal circumstances or relationship(s).

But yet it takes growing up to see that living a life with resistance instead of changing for the better is a sign of getting old, or for better words getting stuck with being comfortable with believing that things are working because you're comfortable . When in reality, it's possible that your experience can be better than your comfortability, by opening your mind to new avenues ( new ways) of living beyond the old ways (habits) that haven't produced any results. But it takes growing up to make this kind of effort or to trust this kind of change is possible for you.
