(That rainy night)

It finally came to the moment, the awkward, cliche moment, in the car.
Gabby stared at Skylar and smiled, she felt it was the Normal thing to do at the moment.

"Thanks for dropping me off" she said.

sky shrugged and replied.


"I would be happy to do it again"

it was not what he said but how he said it that gave her a Chill down her spine. That masculinity and all.

Skylar was looking at her intently and just as she had predicted from the very beginning, he pulled his face closer.


At first she asked herself if she was keeping the *I want you to kiss me* face? Sheesh Curse her body language, always saying the opposite.


She had no choice but to pull her face closer too, her thoughts were on the sweet feeling she was having and the butterflies in her stomach, and the knocks she heard her heart make .. just then there was a pause as their lips were a breath closer.


wait knocks? It was she realized that the knocks she heard weren't from her heart..... She jerked away from him only to turn behind her to see her angry and furious devouring mother banging on the Car window, all drenched in rain.

The knocks were from her mom!
