So I figured it to it's end. My Brother Bill has as his Hit Team.. A Black Security Guard in a while limo tinted car .. But the cars not a Limo..it looks like a small pimp car.. just saying.. 😁.. And there the White guy in the white county truck.. with the logo on the door..it look like a Water city worker.. it never get close enough..and I did not know to look closely.. over the last many year's.and... there's the white gril I assume is his wife.. Of course the long time friend in the small older white truck..# 23411..last five...
