Monsoon was on full swing . 08 coffee cups were on the table turning warm from hot , but the extraordinary loquacious girls were damn busy. GIRLS yes girls not to be called ladies today, as it seemed to them they were the same maiden’s of say class 11th , 12th . Gossips were going on and on. The house was full of their chit-chat, giggles, loud laughs etc .Nothing could stop them today from reliving their past . No, not even kids as it was fathers’ turn to take care of kids so all kids were busy with their dads. Not even husbands as they were busy with kids . Not even in-laws as it was declared a moms day out two weeks ago . Every thing was planned, all thanks to Natasha who came for a holiday from London to Chandigarh . Also credit goes to Aman who came from Dubai. Rest all were from different corners of india rather north india itself, although it was not easy to leave house chores or take a leave from office but all managed with some or the other reason. All thanks to their husbands.
The rain on that day made them remember the cricket match they played cuddling with mud, the basketball match they won. The drizzling made them remember the dance they did on their farewell. It started to be nostalgic when their thoughts were interrupted with the wow fragrance of the samosas which they gobbled in one go, and started talking and laughing about the time spent in school canteen when the money was less and the hunger was more .They were a very well known group of school and the canteen wala bhaiya ‘jagatram bhaiya’ took extra care while making samosas for the gang. While they were lost in the bygones, Vandana interrupted their thoughts saying lets go by the evening to the school. All were super excited.
Visiting the place where they all met for the first time and going their after so many years its self is a euphoria. Will the principal remember us? Will the staff be the same? How will the school look like after so many years? Vandana a very homely girl who is a part of a big joint family and has proved herself as a perfect home maker a loving bahu, a doting mother, a caring Bhabhi and of course an amazing wife.

“The day should never come to an end, “said Taneesha ( vicky) .”” She was the one who was yearning for this get together since long . Taneesha( vicky her orginal name which changed to Taneesha at the time of marriage)  a baker by profession is an epitome for every women who has struggled with her family just to make her own mark and now with this achievement of hers the family is also supporting her. It takes effort to make a change and be different. She always had that spark of doing something on her own and after marriage she proved it.
Now her business is in full swing and her husband is her greatest strength. Anyhow to this Kshama added, “ haaan yaar vo purane din vapis aa jayein, kitna maza aaye.”
Out of the 08, Kshama was the one who got married first. So now she is a proud mom of two children. In short she is the youngest and smartest mom in the group. She had always been shy but as we know marriage changes a lot in us, the change in her is remarkable. She perfectly can be defined as bold and beautiful. Being a single mother is not curse for her. Her decision is approved for by her family. Taneesha nodded and said, “ seriously gone are those days.” Suddenly a voice popped up and said, “what are you doing now then Dumbo”. Not to guess wrong, it was Sakshi the cheerful girl, being optimist is her way of living life. She has maintained her enthusiasm throughout her life up till the date.

The bad times are just an ephemeral for her. Her sanguine nature makes her the most bubbly in the group. She has a solution to every problem. Her recent loss made us believe that age is just numbers, when some one has to go he/ she goes. Her father was jus 65. Similar incident happened with Ritu, she also lost her father. She is the most quite but yet naughty girl of the group who is actually a bomb where as Aman is an atom bomb who can explode any where any time. Aman is the youngest of all.
Everyone in the group makes sure about her wellness and comfort. She is like a blooming bud always. Ritu short and plump calm and serene and polite. Here by bomb and atom bomb I simply mean that they both are like a “touch me not plant” the only difference is the plant droops inwards when you touch it but here if you irritate them they are going to hit you back a real hard with words , gestures etc etc .
Women empowerment you see, they both are an ideal for women who are afraid to stand up for themselves.
While Sakshi was lecturing taneesha to be happy in present Bhavna interrupted and said coke ho jaye , after all it is her favourite. She is the bhai of the gang as in a tom boy . Being the heart of the group she is the most caring and loving person in the group. She is an event organizer by profession. A real helping hand for her too much loving husband. She took a stand for herself and established her and her firms name in gurugram. She was over ambitious from the beginning and is the same till the date.
The gang was so excited after meeting that no body knew where their phones were . No body bothered to call up and ask about the kids as somewhere they had full faith on their “respective husbands”. So they were tension free and living the day their own way. Natasha the one from London believed in karma and according to her life always gives us a second chance as in when crises are over it is always a second chance. Bad times get over with a wink of an eye. She has made her mark in London as a teacher and is very much loved their by her students .
 These women above are an example of how women stand up for themselves and are actually down to earth. They have excelled in their respective zones. 

We women leave our parents house and then re structure our emotions, our timings our capacity etc etc. Salute to all women out their who are reading this and special thanks to their husbands who are all-time their support system. Behind every successful woman is man be it a father, brother or husband and same is the case with every man who has a woman by his side in his every success.
These 8 women just give us an idea on how strong are the women of today . Although every woman has an inspiring story to share.
A true man is the one who accompanies his woman in her world of emotions and stands by her side come what may be.
