A view to confidence
Introduction

A lot may wonder the reason I am writing this book. Well to put it simply, this book is my way of becoming the best version of myself and I hope this helps you find yourself as well and not get lost in other people’s presumptions, believing that their opinion is your truth. Because….IT IS NOT!

Every person has its own different and unique way of talking, walking, dancing, eating, drawing, smiling, getting angry, falling in love even the way we think or express our opinions is completely different from one another. Our way of thinking and viewing the world. To put it simply our ways of living.

I used to make the mistake to believe everything anyone had to say about me. My appearance, my looks, my weight, my mind, my clothes, my car, my job, my family, my relationships, my friends, what I liked, what I did not, how I was spending my free days, my hobbies. I used to believe every critic anyone has ever made to me. And I used to keep a record of it in a small notebook under my bed. I remember feeling so down and blue, really depressed because every time somebody said something about me, I was making the same thought: I AM NOT ENOUGH .

Not being enough is a horrible feeling nobody should ever feel, and I insist on the word NOBOBY.

I was never getting angry though.
I would never talk back or even say to myself let them talk, let them think what they want, it is a free country after all, but never forget that YOU have the same rights.
At first, I thought I was just weak but then I figured it out, I was not weak.
I just did not have any Confidence.
I did not believe in myself.
I did not know my strengths or my positive traits.
I do not actually know Me.

That is how I end up creating this guide to finding true confidence.

This book is a tool to master the skill of confidence. It is a helpful guide to help you change the way you think and act in order to overcome your limiting beliefs and concur confidence. This book will provide information and some exercises on building and enhancing confidence. It includes strategies and techniques on how to build character, overcome self-doubt and improve your confidence levels.

I will cover topics like what is confidence, why is it so important, how can this improve our lives, what positive traits does it have on us and how can this change our perspective of life.
