Oda Nobunaga was powerful daimyō during 16th century in Owari, Japan. Daimyō means the feudal lord in warfare.

As a Japanese warrior and official who
 united half of Japan's provinces under 
his control, overthrowing the Ashikaga
 (or Muromachi) shogunate 
(1338–1573) and bringing an end to
a protracted period of feudal warfare.
