Arthur got out of high-school just a few years ago, he moved from Utah to go to Wisconsin for college. Arthur went to University of Wisconsin-Madison. He didn’t much like it there, it was different from what he was used to and didn’t really want that, he’d never really left Utah either, he liked the weather no matter how bad it got, those stormy nights with the booming thunder and life threatening lightning. But in Wisconsin…it was kinda “Whatever”, it rained sometimes but nothing to be excited about or be scared of, and the winters were average cold. Arthur lived in an apartment off campus, he didn’t want to be so close to everyone, he also didn’t want to be recognized or seen, the people knew he was alive or at least existed, he was mainly well known for not talking or being that outgoing...
