my english teacher ( the real incident)

As always , I was weak in maths and English , In eighth standard I was very weak in these subjects, then in ninth standard , I met our English teacher . He was very kind,calm and cool minded, he was also our class teacher also.
In our school , there was regular morning assembly with thoughts , word of the day , news headlines and different speeches or poetry. My english teacher came one day and told us that if anyone want to speak a speech in morning assembly he/she can contact me, I don't know what I thought , I just said , ' me ! Sir' . Whole class looked me , I thought what will happen now ; my english teacher just smiled and praised me for my efforts.
Next day , I prepared for the same, and went to my sir , he told me that assembly will start now and u will be called when ur turn will come. I was so much furious that I forgot my speech, my turn came , and I just started ignoring all my distractions, but unfortunately I forgot my speech in middle , then I recalled a suggestion of sir that if u forgot then just look in the paper , and speak. Then I spoke some how . After speech , I was so teary because I forgot speech ; That was my first speech so I forgot. From that day I started participating in my life .
I was then called rising star of our class, and I improved so much in English , that I became the highest scorer in English subject.
With this I was given the responsibility of maintaining the English corner of our school which was the responsibility of 9 th students. I was so glad with all these things. My english teacher helped me to participate in life and speak , this is the great lesson I learnt in my whole life, then time went and I came to 10 th standard . It was again the time for changing the teachers , I wanted only that english teacher but I got information that he left our school.
