Two wanderers
The two women wanderers were wandering in two different places. Both of them were not young. Not much difference in age.The teeth of one is completely discoloured. The hair of other is completely grey.
When they happened to meet at the road ,a van stopped and a tenager got down.He had a packet of lunch in his hand.He said"it is over, you two should take it in half"
Not in a full mind but without hesitation both walked beside the platform of the nearby shop lanes. They put down their bags and took that packet of lunch infront. At that time a dog came there. Both of them entered the road to get rid of the dog. They walked all around there.
When they went back, their rice was full of ants. What to say? They also came there to get their allotment in the platform.
For taking in the food one took a leaf of plantain nearby and the other took a bit of paper. The woman with discoloured teeth took more than a half of the rice in her leaf. Then gave the rest to the other. She take in a little and blended the rest.
The dog again snooped. She gave that food to the dog.The other woman
those who got the small portion watch ed it closely with watery mouth.
This is a platform infront of a shop's warehouse and besides the shop. The retailer came and opened the door.He filled his bag with things inside the store and entered the shop. The dog went behind. Then it ate fruits from the banana stem when it lay collapsed on the ground. It gets satisfied and lay there. The wanderers opened down their bag. They arranged the things inside it and murmured. They looked helplessly at the coin placed near them by someone. One scratched her hair without having any oil content.
Their quest for wandering says that they are abandoned.Their wrinkles in their face shows their struggles in their years of travel.Their shrinked abdomen said that they are starved.
Which situation made them abandoned?.Where are their husband and children?.Which place serves them as shelter? Who cares them at the time of illness?.Who were helping them at the time of starvation? What are the norms which they have to follow to occupy them in the society? What made them stay alone?.Is that a problem which arises from their side or from the side of others?Shall they need to follow some rules of the society?Do they love to remain in a family life now?Why they didn't want to stay in a house?Do they extremely love somebody?Do they immensely hate somebody?
One can't see any rays of hope in their eyes! What is their attitude towards life?.We can assume that it is not good always! They are not ready to answer!Hard life situations made them uncivilized.Their uncleaned body and dress reminds us that they are not interested in living! Sometimes because of poverty ,no better living conditions made them lead an independent life! But they are not much courageous!Poverty, lack of love, hatred from their family within, makes a person move outside.Which remedial measure shall we adopt?to occupy them in?to remain inside the society?Which is the time by which they can't adapt themselves among others?
Through love & care from family members, their kind words, by giving essentials for a living ,we can bring them back inside a family,a society?or helps them to remain there! It helps a person from leading a savage life!It helps a person free from strong despair to some extend.
The female wanderers remain in the platform for a long time.By looking them the retailer understood that they were starved. He putforth a most suitable solution before them"The factory very near to this shop needs some workers mostly for cutting arecanuts. For about six months they are searching, only a few came!.Can you two like to join that job? This job will persist there for years!"
They looked each other and laughed. Then apathetically looked at somewhere farthest. Then they deepened their face.
A merciful word from the side of a person....a supporter!.Then he again asked"shall you like to go?".A deep silence was the answer. He gave small pieces of bread to both and walked focussing the factory. Both female wanderers followed him!
