"Aunt Kelly, you have to help me just this once until I raise a good amount of money". I pleaded with my aunt over the phone.
She had really tried for me, with the constant payments of my school fees but I needed her help.. Again.
"Tasha, I really don't know why you think your dad is gonna wake up. Come on girl, it's been a year now and he's not opened his eyes once, you should let him go tash," she said reasoning with me, but I shook my head in disagreement. No one could discourage or dissuade me, not even myself.
"No aunt Kelly, he will wake up. And I'll save him in everyway even if you don't help me". I said almost hanging up.
"Fine! I'll help you this will be the last, come get the money Tomorrow". She said, I smiled immediately.
"Thank you so much aunt Kelly, I owe you one!" I said feeling glad even though I knew she had already hung up. Though my mum and aunt had given up on dad, I haven't. Not yet anyway, I mean it was my fault and I have to redeem myself.
I was in front of Chris' and I didn't know if I should enter, after yesterday I saw him for the asshole he truly was and I don't think I want to know anything else about him.
I knocked on the front door twice, it flung open before I knocked the third time revealing Olivia who smiled immediately.
"Hi tasha, I'm so glad you came. I thought you wouldn't come back," she hugged me, I was stiff for a moment before I loosened up. I couldn't remember the last time I hugged someone.
"Thank you Olivia, I just want to get this project done". I said looking around for confidence and Chris.
"He was sad after you left, he went out with confidence but you could go up". She said, okay that's funny. Chris Williams was sad because I walked out on him, he would have probably thought I was some crazy girl yelling and crying in front of him but...
