once upon a time there was a girl who has a passion to become a nurse.she grew up in a small comumunity with her mom,3 sisters and 2 brothers.mother was a single mom raising 6 children on her own.she couldn't wait to grow up and help her mom someday.after leaving primary school she wanted to go to high school but her mom couldn't afford to send her so she would sell snacks and juice on Sundays to save money to go to a training school,but unfortunately she met this guy over the phone.couple months later they met and started a sexual encounter with him being it was her first time.she taught it would be safe after couple months in the relationship she got pregnant three months before her sixteen birthday.she knew her mother would get upset so she run away with the intention that the guy would take her in,but unfortunately when she got to his house she was greeted by his brother and he told her that his brother was no longer living there.she felt like the earth would just opened and suck her in knowing after what he had promised her to take care of her and her unborn child and he just left without a word.she was so confused and didn't know what to do, and the brother told her she couldn't stayed there caused he didn't want to get in trouble because she was under age.she then was left on the street didn't know where or who to turn to rest for the night.she was standing on the street when a guy asked her what she was doing out at that time of the night and where's is her parents,she suddenly told him her story and he then invited her to his house for the night.by morning is knew she had to go so she left and went to another place where two sisters put her up for couple days and encourage her to go back home to her mom.and she did but you know things won't be the same again because mother was disappointed with her.early on before she got pregnant she had applied to heart trust foundation and she got a call that she was accepted but she was seven months pregnant at the time so she couldn't go. she saw her whole life shattered right in front her eyes knowing she works so hard to get there and it was over for her.she cried night and day praying if only she could change everything she would have wait until she finished school before getting into a relationship and now she is pregnant and the father of the child was not around.so every little money she would receive from her mom. and friends she would save them and bought some snacks and juice in the community and sell and she did and join a partner.her mom asked the banker to give her third hand so she could shop for her baby and herself since she only have couple months left for delivery.a week before she give birth out of the blue the baby father call her house phone and decided to send her some money after which she had a bouncing baby boy. a week after the baby had born he decided to come visit us apologies for his absence in our lives nevertheless he was only doing this to gain money from his family and I never see him again. three months later she had to get a job so she could take care of herself and her baby.her first job was working at king's pepper factory then windmill garment factory.it was hard for her earning such a small budget so she decided to save a little to further her dream of becoming a nurse.a year later she applied for a training school name carl's practical waitering and home craft center.while attending there she was able to work at a hotel on weekend which the teacher was a wine tester there after graduation the whole bash was employed at star fish resort in trelawny.she work so hard so she could further her education.in 2002 she applied at hospicare nursing academy which she was successfully graduated in the level 1catergory. it has been 16 years since she is a practical nurse.so you see if you work hard for what you want it will come true.there is a lot of struggling, she falls so many times but she was able to pick herself up no matter the hardship she faces so you can do it too.
