With hitlers attack on poland the second world war was on it's way I remember back then I used to work as a war correspondent for radio club of bombay
I had travelled egypt in 1939 , libya in 1940
while remained in Britain from 41 to 43 and in india in 1944 now they want me in berlin to cover stalin's invasion of berlin
I flied berlin on January 1945 few months before the event and on the illfaith date of 16th april stalin's ussr invaded berlin I remember that day I suddenly waked up around 3 am a morning on sound of a war siren and a microphone which was announcing " nazi bruders kampe fur dich furher kampfe bis zum letzten atemzug "
which means nazi brothers fight for your furher (Hitler) fight till your last breath
it was now clear that axis have lost war and hitler is counting his final days but it was just because of his greed the city of berlin
had turned into a a hell .

it was 21st april me last day of work because the goverment had called the media because situations can get worse but before that me and my colleauge Prateek were driving in the streets of berlin in night the houses were burnt dead bodies were lieing in the streets of the city
god knows how many mothers have lost their son how on childrens have lost their parents how may womens have been raped
