A bedtime story chapter03
CHAPTER03
Virtue triumphs over evil

The forest animals become restless upon hearing that Hanks has been arrested.
Wolves and Fox make a plan to rescue Hanks out of the prison. Wolves charged into the mayor's office with his army and rescued Hanks. The next morning, when Dune came to visit the boy, Hanks escaped. The mayor got angered and called his lackeys to get him the boy.
Hanks heard the truth about his parent's deaths from the forest animals.
He made a promise to punish the evil mayor and his team.
Hanks wanted to take revenge for his parent's death. Hanks did not want to burden the villagers, the secret of the forest animals could not be known to the mayor, and he would take advantage of them and hurt the innocent, so, he left a letter for the village head and left for the town.
Hanks planned to expose the mayor in front of the townspeople. To let them know of Dune's evilness. Hanks lured the monkeys toward the theater, after hearing the news Mayor Dune wanted to kill Hanks.
First, Hanks made sure that Dune did not see that town members were in the theater, and then he provoked Dune to talk about all his crimes.
Dune said that,
He killed Hanks's parents, looted money from the townspeople, and illegally smuggled money.
Hearing Mayor Dunes' confession the townspeople turned against the mayor.
Dune saw that the situation was not in his favor, so he wanted to kill everyone present in the theater. Hank fought with monkeys and got injured. When he felt that he was defenseless, wolves and his army came crashing to help Hanks and the townspeople. Mayor Dune and his lackey monkeys were kicked out of the town.
In the end, truth prevails.
Hanks becomes the mayor. A treaty between the town and the forest was made.

Epilogue:
Ex-mayor Dune and his lackey monkeys were tied to a tree in the middle of the desert and a wooden board was hung through their necks. On the wooden boards, the words written were, "I'm a person who's not worthy of being called a donkey."
