THE FLASHBACKS

The sun was setting in the horizon. I watched it and wondered should I walk towards it or wait back .the beautiful setting sun melted my heart with brightly coloured sky . i decided to to walk towards it .as it reminded me of a person I had given my heart to .the moments and past memories flashed in my mind . giving a pleasant feeling full of love .....
then ,suddenly realised I was thinking about that person again!
then, I mumbled to myself, dear! have you forgotten how you were hurt by the person you are thinking of ? then I turned my head away from the setting sun with a emotional break down ...tears rolled down my face then, I noticed a side bench I went near it and sat down wiping away tears .....
then I decided not to look at things that reminds me of someone I don't want to remember.....
(ringtone) I came out of my thoughts with the sound of my phone...it was Emma's call ( Emma is Eva's best friend ). on seeing it I suddenly remembered I was supposed to be meeting her at 5pm. and it's 5:30pm now realising I am late .I received the call saying I on my way! after talking to her for about a minute ...
I got up and hired a taxi ......as I reached I handed the taxi driver his fare ..and entered the parking lot of the building my friend lived in ...hit the button for the lift then after waiting for a while then I noticed a notice next to the lift on the wall saying "the lift is under service" ahhh! come on.... could this day get any worst .....
I took the stairs reaching her apartment I rang the bell ....she opened the door with a long face ...it seem she is some what angry ...with a sparkling eyes and innocent face I looked at her saying sorry! I know I made you wait.....she turned her face to the wall expressing her anger .I pulled her near me turning her face towards me saying sorry ! my love ....
.she had a rosy red glow on her cheeks and shy face she said it's ok ....then she tightly hugged me I felt her heart beat ...I felt really relieved form all that I have been holding in my self....a few tears rolled down my cheeks ...she got worried and asked what's wrong? what happened? did something happen on the way! say something..... wiping my tears she hugged me saying everything will be fine... made me sit on the couch I replied saying, don't worry it's nothing.... with a suspicious face she asked ...have been thinking about that person again? with a dull face I nodded my head to say yes .....she with a sigh....come on girl you don't deserve this ! I remained silent....
with a smile on her face she looked at me saying, ok ! talk to me you will feel ok ....after having a deep conversation with her for an hour I felt really good.....then I took out my phone saying I am really hungry let's order something ...she stood with excitement saying,I want a pizza ! I want a pizza! let's order a pizza ... me with a surprised expression looking at her laughed holding her hand said ok ok! come down ! we started laughing looking at each other .... while waiting for the pizza to arrive we recalled each other's funny incidents bursting into laughter......
we were disturbed by the door bell ..she got up saying the pizza have arrived ..I will fetch it ! I got up saying ok go ahead as she rushed to receive the door I went to the kitchen to fetch a plate and cold drink cans from the refrigerator......then we enjoyed the pizza watching an action movie ...after the movie I bid her good bye as I was getting out of her apartment I received a call from my mother saying when are you coming back ? I replied to her saying I was about to leave from here my mother said wait there for a while your dad will come to pick you up ! I said fine and disconnect the call ...
.then,my father came and gave me a call saying he is waiting for me in the parking lot .... I then hugged my friend and bid her good bye...then I reached home and had a conversation with my mom saying how we enjoyed together....
