"Hard work is the solution to all the boxes of success."

Even in the dictionary, hard work is mentioned before success. We can achieve nothing in our life without hard work. Even to make and deliver this speech needs a lot of practice and hard work.
It is firmly said that hard work pays, off and it is true! These days’ people hardly believe in hard work and only do smart work. Now the difference between the two is that hard work is done ourselves and has a unique point. Whereas, the other is almost like copywriting and doesn't have a unique point of view. There are a few steps that a person can follow to achieve hard work. Firstly the person should make it clear in his mind what his aim is. Then he should analyze and break the plan into small parts. After these two steps, the person should work very hard so that he can accomplish his task.
I would also like to add that taking inspiration also helps to achieve our aim more efficiently. At the end of my speech, I would like to say that to accomplish anything in our days only hard work is the key to success.
