nothing is as it seems: volume 2
Three years have past since briar left home due a fighy between her and her mother, as she began to approached the gate she began hearing a weaping sorrow of a woman. Briar opened the gate to find her mother crying in the garden.

"mother...." briar said with tears begining to fall like rain upon her face. Her moth stop n looked at her for quite sometime, "briar.... Is... Is that you?" saria said As she began to rise from the dirt. "yes mama its me i... Im sorry i never wanted to leave..." briar said as she fell into her mothers arms embracing her love filled warm hug.

"saria, who is it out there that you are talking to?" viola said as she walked out door, but when she saw who it was she wasnt at all happy to see briar standing there. "hello grandmother viola" briar said with a smile.

"grandmother, grandmother?! pish posh i have no granddaughter, she died when she was 16 when she actually knew common sense. Get off my property now fiend" viola said with anger in her voice. "but grandma i.. Im sorry..." briar said sincerely.

"no, shes right, you left us with not so much as a goodbye and you didnt even call to check in.." saria said as she pused briar away and began walking to viola. "wait please....." briar said as she collapsed to the ground in tears.

"no get off my property at once briar you are dead to this family, now be gone" saria said. As briar stood up she began to speak but had nothing more to say. So with that she took her leave once more into the wilderness of the world.

As briar left her what use to be home, she notice a troll who looked depressed but kind at the same time, so she decided to approach him.
"hello, um is this takin?" briar asked as she nudged his shoulder.

"i would say no but you smell like those blood suckers who are to blinded by their own glory to be kind to anyone, so yes this seat is reserved for someone who cares" he replied to her.

"please, let me sit with you, you seem as if somethings wrong" briar said as she sat down.

"okay yeah so what if somethings wrong? its not like you can fix it anyway. The only wsy to fix is bring back someone i lost, and no one knows where their at so good luck with that" he said with anger.

"i know how you feel i use to know a boy, he was a troll like you he was kind and sweet and funny even reminded me of monkey, but i was selfish n hurt by my families critisiscm i left n todays my first day back..." briar said with despair.

the troll boys eyes widened as he slowly realized his friend that he had been missing for 3 years was siting right next to him. "like a monkey huh? well i dont know briar its more like an ape" he said with a smile.

"wait how did you know my name? your smiling, wait wait kind, lost a friend,... Torad?" briar said with excitment n curiousity.

"yes, haha, its me, how have you been?" he asked her.

"omg, ive been great, look at you, your so grown, gosh im so glad to see you its been along day" briar said with a smile.

but the as the two were about to hug a bright light began to shine at the end of the lake ...
