I am tracking this guy from the past 2 weeks, it all begun when I found a ip address in which net surfing related to female jewellery ads, mostly featuring necklace, on the same day with the same ip address I found images on female necks with editings by photoshop, those are not much perfect editings, the women images with necklace were now being strangled by a rope or hand, but it's the same image.

I begun tracking the ip address but it was shown as some foreign country, so I searched for similiar images and found a handful, the images were posted in some insta, fb accounts or in some gore sites. then I came to realise that there is some community or a group of people who are obsessed by strangling female necks, then there must be some illegal things going on in dark web regarding kidnapping and strangling women.

The next day I asked my colleague Santosh who is in dark web section of cyber security TNPD to check out something regarding this matter. I myself done some research regarding this in some social networking sites at part time and found a word "Fetish" for what Google meant as "a form of sexual desire in which gratification is linked to an abnormal degree to a particular object, item of clothing, part of the body, etc." means things or body parts which makes people horney.

Also I found photos of necks, feets, hands, buttox, necks with tight necklace they call it "chokers" made mostly of leather, leather gloves of both the genders, so it is common for both the genders, the most common thing for fetish is a choker and the most common body part is the neck, mostly female.

Of which mostly images and videos of strangulation and hangings in films, some acts mostly Chinese and Japanese. some real strangulation with full cooperation by victims, these are all I see in surface net, till then I had no evidence of people being tortured regarding this phenomenon.

I contacted one of my well known phychiatrist Dr. Jagan, he told me that dopamine is an enzyme which gives us a feel of success, it secretes in brain during some accomplishments, one of the accomplishment is ejaculation and it secretes more dopamine, this dopamine gives more benefits to us, to get horney there are many types of attraction people have and one of them is neck, because it has some spots for sex, but some people while looking at it and feeling it gets horney, these people if don't get access to the the fetish body part hangs out with images and videos of it in internet. but what i doesn't understand is why do some of the images and videos shows violence? he thinks that's a sadistic behaviour aroused by seeing and feeling such things from childhood will go horney by looking at those violence. finally I asked him is there any possibility for real tortures by this, he simply replied who knows?.

I came to a understanding that it's not gonna be a big issue until my colleague shown me a live video from dark web featuring a young girl in her 20s, seems like a westerner was standing on a stool with a noose, suddenly the stool got kicked by a man who is wearing a mask, she is now hanging to death, it's real and I can't see it, a young girl is dying live. the live viewers count is 1k+ and my colleague is one of them.

In dark web he made payment for viewing this and the amount paid for this was approx 20k rupees, this amount is for video coverage from 4 meter distance and if needed closeup coverage or specific request coverage the amount goes up to several lakh rupees approximately, he also told that some bigshots all over world do this with whom they need, there are agencies in dark net for it and hiring them will close around million USD.

But all these are 0.0001% of the total violence happening in this world, so I made resolution that no one is gonna affect by this in my country, or atleast in my state, or atleast in my city.

2 weeks earlier I saw a image a neck with a mole being posted on a social platform, the thing is behind the neck I can see a temple which is familiar to me, but it is in chennai for sure, so it clears me that someone from my city is being targeted I think, so I searched that insta account and found more images of a similiar neck, one thing is clear, all the images seems to be close up shots, which means it may be selfi images, then this person should be in any of the social networking platform.

There may be two option, one is that any freak will be following a young woman's social account, downloading photos and editing them for his and his online friend's satisfaction. Or he is actually following her! a week went for wide search of a similiar neck's owner, of the several searchings nothing found except two images, one was posted before two days and one now, both are similiar images but photo angle differs, it looks like it was taken on a stage as we can see some chairs behind, so she may be a stage performer, student, celebrity, how to find? so the first image may be taken by the freak, because according to my theory he took the first image and the second image posted in the social network. I searched for all the stage performances, cultural events and all stage related functions held two days before in Chennai, 500 + results came, it's very difficult to find, but one thing is sure this freak is really following her.

The next day a new neck's image was posted by him, in that image background I can see cafe blurred, so it was took there, who took it is a mystery, while tracking his ip address it showed different country as usual, but he also searched for a old deserted work shop at the outskirts of chennai.

I went to the spot and found a old deserted workshop fully rusty, an unoperated crane in it, while returning I installed a motion activated night vision camera near by the spot where the crane is which is connected to my smartphone. The camera will provide me alert during any motion and if I go and connect the camera to my mobile it shows me the video it covered.

After 3 days a notification alerted me from the camera, I am now 30 kms away from the spot, rushed there, I started at 4:00PM but it took 5:00PM for me to reach the spot, I ran inside and saw a girl hanging by a rope through the crane, a man with a hoody standing near her pressing a remote, suddenly I took my rifel and shot him on his head, ran towards him, pressed the green button on the remote, the lift rose up, so pressed the red button and got her down.

Removed the noose around her neck and noticed the mole, it's the same women! but no breadth, called 108 in my phone and pumped her chest, blowed air through her mouth, after a minute of action, she coughed, but she was faint, her heart started beating, the man is dead for sure, removed his vendata mask, he looks like Tamil boy only, no more details about him, no IDs nothing, having black hair, Fair and athletic structure, after 5 minutes ambulance arrived and took both to hospital.

I went there and done the formalities, The man is declared dead, women is fine but due to hanging she can't speak normally for a month, nothing to be feared of, after she awoke I investigated her and found that her name is Anitha, studying B.Sc Viacom in Loyola, her father is a make up artist and mother is side artist in cine field, they live in Vadapalani.

She don't know how she got there and told us Rajesh one of his childhood friend is with her was the last thing she remember, while inquired Rajesh he told that after meeting Anitha by a walk from cafe, he made her take a auto rickshaw and he drove his bike, but in seconds he don't know what happened and when he woke up he was laying down on the pavement.

Went to cafe and found that the person was working here for the past 1 month only and they gave his aadhar card, in which his name was K Sudeep, but unfortunately it's a fake card edited by him. Anitha's father recognised him as he saw him once taking photo of her daughter during her dance performance at college cultural event took place a week ago.

That's the report of this case I said as I handed over the case summery to Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Karuvelamuthu, finally DC told me "Inspectior. Keerthi Vasan thats a great job in stopping and sensing a crime before in happens" I told him" it's all god's grace".
