Depression is a demon on it's own, Leave loneliness out of it
Depression and loneliness are almost the same thing, let me clear it out.....
I think depression is a mental problem🙄, while loneliness is a feeling that tries to weigh you down as depression.
loneliness works with what we're missing or rather our needs to feel loved, connections and association, once you finally get those needs and what you feel is missing from your life and still feel lonely then my dear you're officially depressed 🧐.
Depression is the mother of all, it can linger around for years and becomes more serious when you do nothing about it, I believe you can fight depression if you don't let it control your mental state instead try to make your own rules, be the boss over your depression.
Depression can distract your initial state of mind and put false beliefs in your heart but most times when you don't learn to forget things like pains you've gone through can actually make you depressed, just have it in mind that whatever pains or embarrassment you went through made you who you are today.
When depression is controlling you, even when you spend time with your partner or best friend, you will always feel insecured, guilty and believe no one loves you, give yourself a chance to live and you'd definitely come out of that void in your head. Depression can leave you without the energy to connect or feel loved because most times we're actually the ones giving depression the chance to control our mind....😝
Depression starts with pains you've refused to forget, (Even if the pains you feel are hard to forget, don't just let it control you) turns into lack of self control and then most times leads to PTSD, isolation.
I Know how it feels I have been there, and I know how am fighting it, still fighting it though. 😓

Don't let depression rule you, be the king and get rid of it.
