The kings of the world live at the top
They have the most beautiful view yet there is a but
They are clueless to what we think of them down there
They don’t know we're the kings here
The kings of the world do
whatever they want
They have a nation around them, yet
they are the most lonely
In their castles up there, they’re
plenty bored
while down here we dance all night

But for us
we make love, We live our lives
what’s the point of being on Earth
if it's to spend our lives on our knees
we know time is like the wind
It's all important to live
we don't give a shit about morality
we know we're committing no harm

The kings of this world are
afraid of everything
They confuse dogs with wolves
They set traps in which
they will fall one day
They protect themselves from love
The kings of the world fight each other
It's a world of one, never of two
We refuse to fight their war
We’ll never understand why this is a
games of kings

But here
We make love, we live our lives
Day after day and night after night
what’s the point of being on this Earth
If it's to spend our lives on our knees
We know time is like the wind
It's all important to live
We don’t give a shit about morality
We know we're committing no harm
