They thought it was a cat.

it didnt look like a cat much.

they gave it a bell collor and named it sprinkles.

but it did not die.

the family scared, didnt let the cat in.

It was hungry.

for flesh.

They may have heard it coming but nobody can hide forever.

its still dark and I hide in the pantry.

yet I still hear the monster that killed them.
