Like every morning joe is busy modifying troopers files, So he can get better then he was after every fight. But for some reason there has been lots of power outage's, Joe thought to look at what's going on so he checked the city's cameras. He was surprised on what he discovered a teenager was drinking electricity out of storage units, As if it is nothing. So Joe sent trooper to go and comply with electric girl to see if she can be on are team to stop criminals, As joe said it trooper was on his way to electric girl.

After trooper has landed to electric girl, electric girl throws power balls at trooper witch didn't hurt trooper one bit but made him stronger. The girl continues to throw power balls charging trooper up, So trooper said I know there is good in you please let me help you control your power. She says no and throws the biggest blast she can, But not even that did anything she asked why isn't nothing happening to you. Trooper replys am a robot the amount of electricity you throw at me does nothing but power me up, The girl says oh that's pretty cool fine I'll be a superhero like you on one condition.

Trooper replys yes what is it she says I want to learn how to control my power and I want cheese balls, Trooper says okay and lifts her back to joe's. An as there arive joe starts running tests on how much electricity can she put out, An how much water does she need to be drinking every day. After the test trooper and electric girl train to get stronger.
