Love is great, awesome and wonderful, but, unfortunately, it can be painful and ridden with heartache if we end up loving someone who doesn't love us.

The pain of loving someone who doesn't love us back kills. It feels like the world has crumbled. It feels like torture and sucks the wind out of our sails. Not only are we cosumed by adoration but also with the grief-stricken unrequited love. Needless to say, the feeling of rejection hits the heart the hardest. It feels foolish for falling for someone who doesn't feel the same.

But, this devastating pain teaches us important lessons of life such as pain is temporary and we are much stronger than we think. So, it should be experienced and endured by us.

We deserve more than the 'love crumbs' we are getting. Even if we'll think we’ll never love this much again, we will.
