Solo trip to wonderland
Every day, I would hear the roar of the Tejas aircraft flying over my city. It was a sound that never failed to make my heart race. I would rush to the terrace of my house, hoping to catch a glimpse of the plane as it flew by. It was a ritual that I looked forward to every day.

When I heard about the Aero India 2023 exhibition in Bengaluru, I knew that this was my chance to witness the Tejas up close. I decided to take a solo trip to Bengaluru to see the exhibition and fulfill one of my long-standing dreams.

As I arrived at the exhibition, I was filled with anticipation. The excitement of the event was palpable, with people from all over the country and the world gathering to witness the latest in aerospace technology. Walking through the exhibition, I was struck by the sheer size and power of the aircraft on display. It was an experience that I will never forget.

But it was the moment when I saw the Tejas take to the sky that truly took my breath away. Watching it fly overhead, I felt a surge of emotion that I had never experienced before. The sound of the engine, the sight of the plane soaring through the sky – it was an unforgettable moment.
In addition to the Tejas, I also had the opportunity to witness other amazing aircraft, including the Rafale, Sukhoi 30MKI, and F16. I was thrilled to have the chance to see these planes up close, and to talk with the pilots and other enthusiasts who were also attending the exhibition. It was clear that the event brought together people who shared a deep love and appreciation for aerospace technology, and for the role it played in the defense of our country.

My solo trip to Bengaluru gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion and experience something that had always been just out of reach. It reminded me that it's important to take risks and step out of your comfort zone to pursue your dreams. It also helped me to discover new facets of myself and build my confidence and independence.

As I left Bengaluru, I felt grateful for the memories that I had created and the lessons that I had learned. And every time I hear the sound of the Tejas flying overhead, I am transported back to that moment, standing on the terrace of my house, feeling like anything was possible.
