one pointless wandering of an ink;
a solemn chance to test and think;
a hope to feel and fill the hole;
a cry to rebuild a shattered wall.

an exhausting maze of knowing self;
a soundless screaming for some help;
in a tearful prayer of a soul;
a tedious struggle not to fall.

a heavy groaning from a pain;
a wasteful crying in the rain;
with an uphill toil to reach a Throne;
a long year travel towards Home.

an aching heart outlined in pen;
with a lonesome glance to days back then;
yet at the end of this mystic poesy,
is a hopeful sight of eternity.

though this walk is often off the line
still Heaven knows the perfect rhyme
to complete this storied verse
that is not about me in the first place.
