The next day came and it was time for school. I got to school at 8:00. I had ten minutes before the bell ranged. So I headed over to my locker. My locker was covered in soccer balls and pictures of my friends. I headed to first block which was English. Gosh i alwaysed love English. it just took you to a different place. When I got into class I was greeted by my friends Amber and Lucy. They were talking about the new boy that would be starting school today. All of a sudden Mr. Payton the school principal walked in and introduced the new student.
"hello students this is Lucifer Cordova he will be starting school here today. well Lucifer tell the class a little about you."
"Well I'm Lucifer. I moved here from Virginia. My favorite food is pizza and favorite color is black. I moved to California because my grandfather passed away a few weeks ago and left my mom amd me everything. So therefore ill go to school here. Well that's all. "
"Well I'll leave the class to you. Can I borrow Rosie. We need her to take the sports pictures for the yearbook."
"Of course you can. Rosie."
I wasn't paying attention I was to bust drawing a pair of grey eyes. They called my name twice before my friend finally nudged me.
"Yes" I said.
"Mr Payton needs ypu to take some pictures for the sports teams.
"Oh yeah sure."
I went to the cabinet and pulled out my camera that the teacher lets me store here. Heading to the door I walked right passed him wothout glancing in his direction. I walked out and went with Mr Payton to take the pictured. I finally got finished with the photos and headed back to class. I entered and told Ms. Plum that I had to upload the pics to the online school year book. She told mw I could.
I headed to my seat and found out that Lucifer seat was right behind mine. I walked and sit down. I pulled out my icy blue labtop and turned it on. When it came on it had a picture of my friends and me standing outside this mansion that was blacker then the night with a million of stars in the sky. I could feel somebody starring but didnt pay any mind to it. Then all of a sudden somebody tapped me on the shoulder. I turned to see Lucifer taped me.
"What do you want."I said
"I would like to know when that picture was taken." he said.
" It was taken three years ago. The old man that lived there ised to let me use the library and art studio he had. It was my favorite place but he passed away a few weeks ago. He left it to his family. Hey didnt you say that your grandpa passed away a few weeks ago. I'm sorry for your loss."
" Yeah he did. Actually that house belongs to my mother and me. But you can still use the library and art room. Actually I found this book filled. with drawings is it yours."he said while pulling out a black drawing book.
"Yeah it was I gave it to the old man. He always admired my drawings."
"Well here you go" he said while handing it to me.
"No thanks. I dont want it. Well anyways I gave it to him and since he passed I guess it belongs to you now. I dont care if you throw it away of keep it."
"I'll keep it maybe it can give me some pointers on my drawings."
"You draw."
"Yeah mostly faces and landscapes. Maybe one of these days you'll let me draw you."
When he said that the bell ranged and I thought to myself that we could be friends or so I thought.
