Sometimes We Break
Why do we always have to pretend that we are okay? Why do we have to always make ourselves feel left out to respond, with the real answers. Inclined feeling like we are not alone. In reality, when something massive happens, that catches us off guard,it hurts us. The minute something crashes us down, as if the train tracks have been split. It’s as if these raging thoughts in the inside of our minds, are too opened up, that we became closed down. Closed in and closed out. Sometimes, we even look past our problems, and just simply, smile and pretend everything is okay. If we’re not okay,we need to tell somebody that we trust. If we don’t, and we just let these emotions doddle, what’s the use? We are all human beings, and that doesn’t mean we are “Worthless”. Or “Not enough”. If you keep on hearing those voices in your mind, that fucking thing is not even real. It’s putting you through delusions, as if you were about to collapse. There are rallies out there, bringing forth the true meaning of “Mental Health”, and sometimes it still kicks us in the ass. Why do we have to say that we are not okay? And, if you are reading this, just know that, you matter. You do matter. Just because you are going through something horrid in your life, doesn’t mean that you don’t matter. We all have our battles. Our wars. Our darkness that never stops closing in on us. Yes, we may feel lost. Out in the corner of our mentalities, when all of a sudden, a noted urge of “Loneliness” cuts us up. What do we gain from not telling anyone about how we are feeling? It hurts when we are broken. I've been there too. I tried hurting myself, and it’s not right. I did this before, and I try to remind myself that “It’s Okay to Not be Okay”. It’s okay to not be okay. Front porch in the lawn in our heads. Trying to get ourselves ahead, when we know clearly, and estated out like a blocked out memory falling behind. Falling off of our tracs? Are you okay? Tell me clearly. Are you okay? You may be a broken place with no love filling you up. You are in love. Tell me, how do you feel? You can talk to me. You ain’t alone. Just, you are on the lost road trying to find your way back home. Trying to find your way back to you. In the lost nights to the lost days, when you thought all was okay. Sometimes. We, Break.
