Implement to enjoy life....
Implement this Morning Routine in 2024 and become a Beast by 2025:

* No caffeine PAST 11 am.
* Stop eating AT 8pm.
* Screens off AT 9pm.
* Journal, meditate, READ.
* Go to bed AT 10 pm.
The quality of your day is determined before you wake up.

USE NIGHTS FOR INPUT:
* Books.
* Netflix.
* Twitter/Facebook.

USE MORNINGS FOR OUTPUT
* Lifting.
* Writing.
* Deep work.
You'll see 5x in productivity.

GO ON WALK within the 1st hour of waking. It'll set your cardiac rhythm.

OXYGENATE YOUR BRAIN, and set the tone for the rest of the day.

* If you can't write 2 pages, WRITE 1.

* If you can't workout for 60 minutes, WORKOUT 20 MINUTES.

* If you can't meditate for 20 minutes, MEDITATE 5.

Reinforce the habit of showing up.

BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART AND SOUL that you are capable of big things in your life.

Only thing is standing in your way is yourself.

REMOVE YOUR GLASS CEILING.
