🌟 ENGLISH VERSION ✒

Colonel Taher was a true freedom fighter - just as it is true that he was convicted in a court-martial for using General Zia and seizing power by inciting sepoy rebellion.

🌟 Freedom fighter Colonel Taher ✒

In 1971, at the call of Bangabandhu, Colonel Taher along with other patriotic army members also participated in the war of liberation. And also fought as a sector commander.

But one leg was injured in the firing of the Pak army - so the leg had to be amputated.

This is why he had to retire from the army after 1971.

🌟 Colonel Taher and General Zia ✒

General Zia was a very close friend of Colonel Taher.

Even after his retirement, the friendship between Colonel Taher and General Zia remained intact.

🌟 Colonel Taher and Jasad ✒

After retiring, Colonel Taher took on the role of almost mentor of the armed masses of the Jasad .

He even wanted to reorganize the Bangladesh Army under the rules of socialism - as like Chinese style.

🌟 The process of using General Zia ✒

Although General Zia was a senior army officer - he was an almost lonely man.

So General Zia agreed to use it by Colonel Taher.

🌟 Capturing and releasing General Zia ✒

After the assassination of Bangabandhu, General Khaled and Colonel Shafayat Jamil seized power after Khandaker Mushtaq appointed General Zia as the Chief of Army Staff in an illegal power struggle. And captured General Zia.

By the instigation and leadership of Colonel Taher and Major Jalil, soldiers of the Bangladesh Army revolted with the slogan "Soldiers Public are brothers" and killed General Khaled and Shafayat Jamil and freed General Zia.

Because, the Sepoy Mutiny of 1857 took place to liberate the whole of India from British rule by true patriots as like Emperor Bahadur Shah, Nawab Nana Saheb, Rani Lakshibai of Jhansi and Mangal Pandey.

But the revolt on November 7, 1975 was staged to seize power by using the chaos after the assassination of Bangabandhu to persuade and confuse the soldiers.

🌟 The onset of hostility ✒

After the November 7 uprising, Colonel Taher wanted to control General Zia.

But at the instigation of other loyal army officers, General Zia refused to be loyal to Colonel Taher.

And it is really unusual for an active army chief to be loyal to another retired army officer.

And if it is in the competition for power - then there is bound to be enmity.

🌟 Face to face Colonel Taher and General Zia ✒

Although released by Colonel Taher on 7 November, General Zia and Colonel Taher did not remain loyal.

So on November 8, Colonel Taher and Major Jalil again persuaded the soldiers to revolt against General Zia.

But Taher-Jalil succeeded against General Khaled but did not succeed against General Zia.

General Zia then became hard against Colonel Taher at the...
