I blinked as I regained consciousness. I had hit my head hard, or had someone hit me? Then I realised I was holding a bloody knife in my hand. I was like where am I ? why am I here ? why do I have this knife ? what Happened with me ? so many questions were running in my mind and I needed to find the answer of my questions . so first thing I did was a call to police station and told them that my name is jiana and about the matter . and told them to come here.
I tried to look here and there and Suddenly I found the death body of women and I screamed . I was so scared , already there was so many questions were there and this death body , o god I was scared to death . I searched the place, i was in a house in between the forest and there was only darkness .

I tried to sent the location to the police . I tried to be calm and thinking about the situation , what happened actually I really needed to find out . Why this is happening to me ?? why am I in this situation ? and suddenly I remembered something that I was actually with my friends , me and my friends were together few hours ago and I lost my way to home and I got losted in between the forest , I was searching for the help .

I was wandering here and there .
and finally I saw the small house in between the forest so I was heading ahead to get help , I needed to find the way to go home . so I knocked the door , "Hello , is there anybody inside ?? please help me ? I need the help , please tell me if you are inside ?? " but no body replied to me , no response at all . I thought I have to find the way by myself and suddenly I heard screaming of the women , I startled . holy mother what was going on , I was afraid but I opened the window of the house in corner and sneaked in . I saw one men was hitting the women , they looked like a husband wife . man was looked like in his 40's and women may be in her 30's .

I screamed why are you hitting her ? women started shouting at me and telling me to go out and not to interfere but I couldn't do that I have to stop that men . I was telling him to stop , please don't hit her otherwise I will call to police but he was not even listening to me . He took the knife from the kitchen and tried to stab her wife . I tried to stop him but I couldn't and he pushed me back and hitted me with the wooden stick on my head . I fell unconscious on the floor . after that I don't remember anything . that's all I remember . after waiting for an hour police came . I started to tell them what happened actually but they didn't listen to me and told me to shut my mouth and talk when my lawyer comes . I was damn scared . I didn't do anything , I'm not the culprit, why are you treating me like this ? but nobody listened to me .they took me to the police station and locked me up. I felt like I will cry loudly . what's my fault ?
I tried to be calm and thinking about the solution .

one of the police men came and asked if I know any lawyer who can help me to come out of this situation .
I asked them first to call my parents , they must be worried . They called my parents and told them about my situation . my family was worried they came to the police station and suggested me the lawyer and that lawyer was non other than my friends best friend Justine . whom I liked him from my childhood but I couldn't tell him .but the thing was that will he help me ?? but I had no choice so my father called him . That day I cried alot Because I was feeling like I was in the hell . I did nothing wrong but still I was in prison . however that night passed with lot of things in my head.

The next day he come to the police station and met me . I did nothing wrong but still I was feeling ashamed of myself that , why I was meeting him in that situation , why ? why ? ...............
Ok then I told him whole story from starting to end . And he said this matter is really serious but don't worry I'll take you out from this situation . all I had was my family's love and Justine's support . After that the next was my trial .I never knew I'll be end up in the court .

Next day at 11:00 am the trial began. everybody was waiting for the Judges . everybody stood up and gave respect to the judge when entered the court room. In front of me prosecutor was sitting there and Justine was sitting beside me. Justine told me not to hesitate and give the correct answers to the prosecutor and to Justine .Then prosecutor started to ask me the questions why I was there ? why did I murdered her ? what was my relationship with that women?? But I never saw them in my life before, I was gone there to ask the way to my home cause I was lost in the forest .I couldn't find my friends and then I saw that house to find help but I saw them fighting and tried to help that woman but situation turned out wrong to me. I was attacked by that man and I fell unconscious . I didn't killed her that's it . after I finished my words , prosecutor brought up the knife that I had on my hands when I got consciousness. He said why did you have that knife then ?? I said everything whatever I remembered . I don't know how did it came to my hands ?? I was confused .

Justine told judge to give us time to check the knife that prosecutor brought . we need to send it to the forensic lab . so we got 2 days time .we had 2 days to find out the truth and find out the husband of that woman .where did he disappeared ?? we asked the judge to give an order to the police to find out that man. so we can search the truth . everybody was working hard to get the truth. then Justine called my friends to come to the court for the testimony that I was there with them and I got losted . They all said yess we'll be there . then Justine got the results came from the forensic lab . The reports were saying that stab wound was 10 cm deep and the knife I had on my hands were 7cm long so it was impossible to do that deep wound in stomach. So the results was the knife was fake , it was fake weapon it means real murder weapon was missing. we needed to find out the real murder weapon .one day was passed .

The next day we got a call from police that they found out that man , the husband of that woman . He was hiding in the city .but police managed to get him quickly but they didn't found that weapon . we really needed that weapon to prove my innocence. I had the tough times , I couldn't even eat or sleep properly . I was having the nightmares about that incident . we were doing our best and 2nd day also passed.

The next day was trial . we gone to the court . 2nd trial began . Justine gave the forensic reports to the judge and told them about the fake weapon.
but still my innocence can't be approved because the original murder weapon was missing . Then Justine called my friends in the court room to give the testimony . after that Justine called that man and asked him about the incident but he was continuously denying that he didn't killed that women , infact he denied the fact that he was the husband of that women he said she is not my wife , I don't know her , who is she ?? whole court room was in silence . what was going on ?? what on the earth was happening ?? he was saying that he don't remember anything not even his name . And told the court that he has a alzaimer .
I was like what on the earth is going to happen to me. why is that happening ?? I thought I'm going to release soon , I had some relief after that forensic reports . but the whole case twisted with the fact that he had been going through the alzaimer . holy shit.!!!!

Court gave orders to search more and testify his statements that do he really had alzaimer or not ??? or he was faking ?? and find out the real weapon quickly . police and Justine again gone to that house and searched very very thinly . Then they came out of the house and searched the surrounding areas . after few hours passed they found the weapon burried under the tree in the yard. they brought to the forensic lab and told them to testify and check the DNA of the blood.
after few hours results came out. result was showing that this was the real murder weapon and had the blood of that woman. and there was a finger print of that man too. they got some relief .
but the question was that why that man was lying that he is not husband of that woman . so Justine gone to ask that man about the truth.

He asked the doctors that do he really have the alzaimer ?? or was he faking ?? doctors said that he was not lying but he had the short time memory loss in which person forgets few things not everything . That means if they try to remind him from that night it can be possible to remember everything for him . So Justine got reports of that man and came to me and told me that not to worry ," we are really close to the truth . please don't worry , we will find the truth ." His words gave me the power to survive in that tough situation . thanks to him that I was able to feel some relief . but it was not easy to find the truth from the person who has the alzaimer . but next day in court was really important for me .I was worried and scared too . but I had support and love of my family and Justine .

Next day in court . everybody was gathered . Justine started the trial and called first person in the witness box . and he was the husband of that woman.
He asked him about that day and why did he do that ?? he was asking about the relationship between them ? but he was continuously saying he don't remember anything. but then Justine asked him ," did you gone to forest that day ?? do you know that girl who is wrongly accused for the murder ?? do you know her ? where do you live ? why did you gone there ?? Then he said he was gone to collect the wood .he was doing business of the woodwork and he was going there many times . it's nothing new . but he said , " I I I...... can't remember anything...... and he just collapsed ". Court took the break of one hour and Justine came to me and told me that he found some marriage photos of them in that house so he was going to reveal that .... Ok .!!

After one hour passed trial started again. Justine gave the photos of their marriage to that man and told him to remember their marriage and his wife.
why did he do that ?? and that man suddenly started crying . he accepted the truth that she was his wife but they were divorced. They got divorced after she knew that he had alzaimer and told him not to live with her . And she left him alone in that house .
after few months she came back to him and started crying and asking for the forgiveness whatever she did but it was all fake . she stayed there for few days and she was stealing the money from the house . and he had the alzaimer so he couldn't remember where he was putting the money all the time and how much it was actually . so she was taking his illness as her opportunity and stealing the money. but after few days he got to know that money was missing everyday how can it was possible . so one day he faked to going to the job and hides in the yard. after few time he saw one man coming to his house and meeting that woman and she was giving all the money to him .and they were hugging each other and talking strangely like they were in relationship. so he got angry and came out of from the yard and hitted that person but he escaped but the women was there so he tooked her into the house and slapped her and threatened her to speak the truth . so she said that she was fooling him all the time and she came here because she was lacking in money so , she and her boyfriend made the plan to bring the money from somewhere and then they came here . but he was so angry that he couldn't controlled his self. so he brought the meat cutter knife from the kitchen and saw me shouting when I got there on that time , so he attacked me too and killed her ex wife and ran away from that place , before going he hides the knife in the yard and took the another knife and putes some blood on it and putted on my hand . he told everything and that was the whole damn truth . I felt relief , I cried alot . but I was not happy as I should be because whatever happened to that man was not right he shouldn't be treated like that by that woman . But as per the law it was crime and taking life was not the solution so he should have controlled his anger . so as per the law he got the 10 years of sentence in prison for the crime he committed but they will try to take care of his illness too . may be they can reduce his punishment too .

But in the end I was found innocent and it was all because of the Justine . Thanks to the Justine I survived . so after I got released I thought about the confession to the Justine . So we gone to the beach directly from the court . I collected flowers from the flowers shop to thanks the Justine . I gave him the flowers and told him what I felt about him from my childhood and that's why I couldn't be his friend because of the shyness that my feelings will be caught up by him . after all he was smart from the birth .
and thankfully he accepted my confession. And few years are passed and we are living together now .
Thanks to him I'm now happy and healthy and loved by everyone . I'm not getting nightmares anymore .
Because I survived.
