It's already 11 pm, My eyes are dying to close. But the program on the television is so superb, time and mind are not synchronised.
" No! now I have to go to bed, tomorrow again the same routine."
TV is shutdown, remote is placed properly and turning towards the bedroom, doorbell rings.
" Who! now so late!!! let's see through the door hole." By saying to me, just peeped through the hole.
" it's not possible, how he is there. no no no .... may be I am hallucinating!!"
But again doorbell rang.
" Now, I have to open."
I open the door n saw the person of my love life after 30 yrs.
Few features are changed like baldness on top, the smile is as it is, the height is too same, the style is too same. Yess, the face is bit changed as per age. Still I could recognised, that's a great part.
These words were pumping in my mind and I forgot to invite him in.
Just asked " After 30 yrs.... how are you.... How are you here.... !!!!"
wierdness is on top-notch.
He just smiled and said, " Hi, my car broke down and just came here to ask for some help and thought any gents may be available for help, but am surprised to see you. "
I smiled and said " It's me .... no problem, I may help you."
With this, my heart started pumping again and again with lots of questions. Mind is wriggling with numerous situations. The eyes are more brighter now." It's ok. "-said to myself and helped him with car fixing, just giving some tools. It was him who inspired me once to learn driving when my family was against my driving school admission.
Many memories were pushing each other in brain to come out like balloon bursting, tried to patch up those.
" Thank you so much for your help. BTW, you look almost same as you were in teenage. I hope age is stopped for you." He smiled and looked around here and there, but could not see any witness of mine being single or double. Then with a smile on lips and awkwardness in eyes, he bid bye and said good night.
" Good night.... take care ( bit louder ) .." smiled at him.
It was him ... so casual meet n leave ..... is it real or reel.
