The killer cleans the space and corpse of blood , takes the ax , throws it somewhere on purpose , a little while later puts the corpse in a bag , to hide and throws the bag into the sea . But says nothing to anyone about the man he killed , except his associates in the party that covers him.
At some point two girlfriends find the tool that is very well kept in the place where put . See some blood stains. This happened because could not adequatly clean . Call the police , come there , take the tool of murder , and in the next few days asked to textify what happened. Tell the whole truth about finding used by the defendant. The police believe and start the search , look everywhere but do not find the body.
So suspect that the victim and the perpetrator were enemies , and killed the victim , threw him somewhere secluded knowing that would never find him.Do not know if the corpse was a man or a woman , but take fingerprints from the tool and in a firth days the results come out that say who the fingerprints belong to.

The police want to put him to life , but know that can not do anything, because is considered innocent and has high connections in politics.His supporters lie that all the charges against are false since he is innocent , and they blackmail them that if put him in prison will lose their job permanently only on suspicion .
