Opening my eyes, I felt a sharp pain cross me like I had been cut off. Adjusting my view, I noticed this place, it was a hospital, and what was I doing on their bed?
My eyes widened when I saw part of my leg from my knee downward had disappeared.
Then, all the images of the ghastly accident came flooding at once.
My wife had warned me earlier that day not to travel because of the bad feelings she had.
I didn't heed to it and now I am paying for it.
Entering the ward, my wife came in weeping while carrying our toddler firmly to her breast. She screamed "I told you not to travel.. now see what you have gotten yourself into"
Her tears made my heart ache the most, but there was nothing I could do.
Waking up from the bed with full force, I checked my body, and I was once more complete. No accident, no amputated leg or bandaged chest. It was just all a horrible nightmare.
But then, I saw my wife still chiding me against my trip. Obeying the voice of my wife and the dream I had, I embraced her and went back to bed.
Later that evening while we were watching the news, The bus I had previously canceled my ticket with them, had had a ghastly motor accident. I pulled my wife close in prayers, Thanking God for saving me from any plans of the enemies.
God works in ways we mortals wouldn't understand with mere knowledge.
