Hello,
My name is Faith Achike, a seamstress(I said seamstress because why not seamstress?!), a 400 level student of the department of psychology,university of Lagos (I'm finishing school this year dears because the only thing I want to do next year is planning my convocation ceremony). Geez!!! I forgot-I'm a face model (A dream come true that I failed to realize,but that's story for another day). I'm a Christian practicing Christianity (I can't submit this type of bio data to one of my lecturers- Dr. Atiri,he'll give me an F because which kain introduction be dis?!!!!). And I'm new here (obviously!!!!!)
Back to the purpose of this blog:
On the 8th of July 2019,I started this brand (@faithstitches__). All lies dears!!! I started this brand in my head in 2018 but I officially brought it to life because my mum threatened to sell my sewing machine if I refuse to be productive with it. So I ran to Canva,looked for a design,set up an Instagram page for the brand,posted the design and a very playful yet serious caption- you should check it out (lemaaaaaooooooo)
From July 2019 till now,I have 41 posts,73 followers(I got up to 73 because I had to constantly remind my followers on my personal page to follow he brand),106 following,6 customers (including family and friends) oh and meeeeeee- that's 7 customers.
On the 11th of may 2020,I cried to God and here's what i said "you know,I'm just going to deactivate this account if you tell me to because what's all these vibes in my account?!". And guess what i heard "continue with it". Lollll,you already know how I felt "I don't get it,no customers,nothing!!, am I just going to keep on sewing for myself with no customers?!!". I still heard "continue with the business". Lollllllll Dears!

Today i saw posts that encouraged me and you know what?! I'm going to keep sewing for myself and keep posting and keep telling you viewers,readers and people stories till maybe just maybe you decide to patronize me because again- "WHAT'S ALL THESE VIBES IN MY ACCOUNT?!!!"
