When I was at the lowest moment of my life I did not try to harm myself.
But that doesn't mean I did not wish I was dead instead.

Because in that way, I will not feel the pain anymore. That everything will end. The sadness, the sorrow, it will be all gone.

And you know what? No matter how twisted it was, dying, offered comfort. Like someone's patting your back saying:

I got you.
I'll catch you when you fall.

But then, deep down inside I know that was just a lie. A false hope that everything will be alright.

That was just merely trying to escape.
The very same thing I've been doing

All. My. Life.
