𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬

It is no longer enough to make Education available and accessible to children and youth everywhere.

We must make this education very qualitative. For there will be no point in education if effective and productive teaching and learning are not taking place.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡?

A quality education focuses on the whole child __ the social, emotional, mental, physical, and cognitive development of each student regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or geographic location. It prepares the child for life, not just for testing.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Many schools tend to focus primarily on the academic aspect of education while neglecting or giving less attention to other aspects which play as many significant roles in a child's learning and overall development.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 𝗔 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡?

• A quality education should provide
consistent training and empowerment of its Teachers.

• A quality education should provide ultra-modern equipment, facilities, and current resources to aid teaching and learning.

• A quality education keys into 21st-century teaching & learning methods, demands, and developments.

• A quality education has a balanced curriculum.

• A quality education creates a system that focuses on the child.

These are only a few of the characteristics of a quality education.

Every child would thrive under a balanced curriculum in education.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗨𝗠?

A balanced education curriculum gives equal weight to the teaching of the Arts, Humanities, Language Arts, Mathematics, and Physical education.

A broad and balanced curriculum teaches a wide range of subjects and topics for as long as is possible for that child, thereby promoting a broad range of knowledge and skills, and allowing that child to discover and pursue their interests and passion. As a result, growing into a well-rounded, informed individual.

Investing in the all-around growth and development of a child enables them to develop all of their attributes and skills to achieve their potential as human beings and members of society.

𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱.

Unfortunately, this is where the problem in education lies both in private schools and public schools.

Poor funding and investments will not foster a qualitative education.

To elevate our schools to global standards, and create a learning environment that nurtures the all-around growth and development of a child, we will need to actively invest in quality education.

As the saying goes, "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹".

We must take the education of our children seriously, for in it lies the future of our society.

Government, private stakeholders, philanthropists, school owners, parents, teachers, and indeed all who are concerned with the education of the youngsters of today, should in one way or the other invest in giving the best form of education to our children.

We need to go beyond the proliferation of school buildings and provision of chairs and tables for students to sit in.

It will require more than that to be able to give our children the best education that they truly deserve.

As Gandhi said, "𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱."

எல்லா இடங்களிலும் குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு கல்வி கிடைக்கவும், அணுகக்கூடியதாகவும் மாற்றினால் மட்டும் போதாது.

இந்த கல்வியை நாம் மிகவும் தரமானதாக மாற்ற வேண்டும். பயனுள்ள மற்றும் பயனுள்ள கற்பித்தல் மற்றும் கற்றல் நடைபெறவில்லை என்றால் கல்வியில் எந்த அர்த்தமும் இருக்காது.

ஒரு தரமான கல்வியானது முழுக் குழந்தை மீதும் கவனம் செலுத்துகிறது __ பாலினம், இனம், இனம், சமூகப் பொருளாதார நிலை அல்லது புவியியல் இருப்பிடம் ஆகியவற்றைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரின் சமூக, உணர்ச்சி, மன, உடல் மற்றும் அறிவாற்றல் வளர்ச்சி. இது குழந்தையை சோதனைக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, வாழ்க்கைக்கும் தயார்படுத்துகிறது.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

பல பள்ளிகள் முதன்மையாக கல்வியின் கல்வி அம்சத்தில் கவனம் செலுத்த முனைகின்றன, அதே நேரத்தில் குழந்தையின் கற்றல் மற்றும் ஒட்டுமொத்த வளர்ச்சியில் பல குறிப்பிடத்தக்க பாத்திரங்களை வகிக்கும் பிற அம்சங்களைப் புறக்கணிக்க அல்லது குறைவான கவனம் செலுத்துகின்றன.

• தரமான கல்வி வழங்க வேண்டும்
அதன் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு நிலையான பயிற்சி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல்.

• ஒரு தரமான கல்வியானது கற்பித்தல் மற்றும் கற்றலுக்கு உதவும் அதி நவீன உபகரணங்கள், வசதிகள் மற்றும் தற்போதைய வளங்களை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

• 21 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் கற்பித்தல் மற்றும் கற்றல் முறைகள், கோரிக்கைகள் மற்றும் மேம்பாடுகளுக்கு ஒரு தரமான கல்வி திறவுகோல்.

• தரமான கல்வி ஒரு சமச்சீர் பாடத்திட்டத்தைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

• தரமான கல்வியானது குழந்தை மீது கவனம் செலுத்தும் அமைப்பை உருவாக்குகிறது.

இவை தரமான கல்வியின் சில அம்சங்கள் மட்டுமே.

ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தையும் கல்வியில் சமச்சீர் பாடத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் முன்னேறுவார்கள்.

சமச்சீர் கல்வி பாடத்திட்டமானது கலைகள், மனிதநேயம், மொழி கலைகள், கணிதம் மற்றும் உடற்கல்வி கற்பித்தலுக்கு சமமான முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கிறது.

ஒரு பரந்த மற்றும் சமச்சீர் பாடத்திட்டம் அந்தக் குழந்தைக்கு முடிந்தவரை பரந்த அளவிலான பாடங்களையும் தலைப்புகளையும் கற்பிக்கிறது, அதன் மூலம் பரந்த அளவிலான அறிவு மற்றும் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துகிறது, மேலும் அந்த குழந்தை அவர்களின் ஆர்வங்களையும் ஆர்வத்தையும் கண்டறிந்து தொடர அனுமதிக்கிறது. இதன் விளைவாக, நன்கு வட்டமான, தகவலறிந்த தனிநபராக வளர்கிறது.

ஒரு குழந்தையின் முழு வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் வளர்ச்சியில் முதலீடு செய்வது, மனிதர்களாகவும் சமூகத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களாகவும் தங்கள் திறனை அடைய அவர்களின் அனைத்து பண்புகளையும் திறன்களையும் வளர்த்துக் கொள்ள உதவுகிறது.

𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱.

துரதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக, தனியார் பள்ளிகளிலும், அரசுப் பள்ளிகளிலும் கல்வியில் சிக்கல் உள்ளது.

மோசமான நிதி மற்றும் முதலீடுகள் தரமான கல்வியை வளர்க்காது.

நமது பள்ளிகளை உலகளாவிய தரத்திற்கு உயர்த்தவும், ஒரு குழந்தையின் அனைத்து வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் வளர்ச்சியை வளர்க்கும் கற்றல் சூழலை உருவாக்க, தரமான கல்வியில் தீவிரமாக முதலீடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

As the saying goes, "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹".

நம் குழந்தைகளின் கல்வியை நாம் தீவிரமாக எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும், ஏனென்றால் நம் சமூகத்தின் எதிர்காலம் அதில் உள்ளது.

அரசு, தனியார் பங்குதாரர்கள், பரோபகாரர்கள், பள்ளி உரிமையாளர்கள், பெற்றோர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், மற்றும் இன்றைய இளைஞர்களின் கல்வியில் அக்கறை கொண்ட அனைவரும் ஏதோ ஒரு வகையில் நம் குழந்தைகளுக்கு சிறந்த கல்வியை வழங்குவதில் முதலீடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

பள்ளிக் கட்டடங்கள் பெருகி, மாணவர்கள் அமர்வதற்கு நாற்காலிகள், மேசைகள் போன்றவற்றை வழங்குவதைத் தாண்டிச் செல்ல வேண்டும்.

நம் குழந்தைகளுக்கு அவர்கள் உண்மையிலேயே தகுதியான சிறந்த கல்வியை வழங்குவதற்கு அதை விட அதிகமாக தேவைப்படும்.
