Ingredients:
3/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 cup jaggery
1 spoon ghee
5 spoon honey

Method:
- Roast all seeds seperately & cool it.
- Take a pan, add ghee -jaggery & little water. Mix it well
-Once jaggery is melt, add honey
- When it becomes thick in consistency, add roasted seeds and mix it well
- When it is mixed properly, off the flame and transfer it into plate. Cool it
- Cut it into pieces & have it 1 per day 😀
