How Can We Eat Too Much Sugar When We are Made of Sugar
How can we eat too much sugar when we are made of sugar? We just need to eat a balanced diet. Everything you eat has some kind of sugar in it.
Our DNA is bond together by sugar, so we are made of sugar.
However, you have a Cane Sugar problem, because you eat too much cane sugar.
You need to balance out you sugars by their effects on you, not how much you like them.
In the sugar kingdom, there is pineapple sugar, beet sugar, cherry sugar, and millions more.
Each sugar has a different effect on our body because of the way the plant is and how it produces it's sugar.
the health benefits vary, like in this manner:
cane sugar helps our body restrict insulin production.
pineapple sugar helps our body to increase the insulin production.
cow milk sugar helps our bodies to recieve the insulin.
and the list goes on and on.
of course everyone is different, so we each need to find the right mixture of the many different type sugars in sugar kingdom.
This concept holds true, to some degree, for every vitamin, mineral, protein, and etc...
