REST
When you have worked for six days, find a way to grab some rest on the seventh; its Biblical, it's healthy.

Apply "six days" and "seventh" both literarily and figuratively.

Life is short already, don't cut it shorter by working excessively without rest.

Yeah, you need to work hard and smart today, so as to create a better tomorrow; and indeed the work is much, but the time is short.

However, as much as it lies within your power, do not struggle "restlessly" for tomorrow, at the expense of living well today.

Do not end your life with your own hands today, before that great tomorrow dawns.

Balance:
It's abominable to rest when you have done no work.

That kind of rest makes you the devil's workshop. His work tools and machines are extremely heavy, they will surely weigh you down and cut your life short by wearing you out in no time.

So, on the one hand,

find ways to rest, play, recreate, and/or relax. Do one or all of these from time to time - at regular intervals, after you have worked.
Take time out to refresh you spirit, soul and body. Live.

On another hand,

understand how expedient it is for you to work. Rest only after you have worked.

To stay alive and strong, you have a "rest role" to play. You must know and carry out your part of the bargain effectively, as much as you should.

Work, but rest thereafter.
