CHAPTER 5 : Love and Family

Jane , Sif , Loki  and the Warriors Three went to the ruins of Jane's Kingdom . Jane told them that once , she was a princess who was a good scholar . She was very helpful to her people . Many princes came to her kingdom to ask her hand for marriage,  but she rejected the proposals .

Secretly , she loved a prince of a smaller Kingdom than hers . At weekends , when everyone used to sleep , she used to go to meet him in his private cottage . They talked about their week that passed , enjoyed the beautiful night scenery near the river .


Days passed , months passed , but still no one could figure out that they were meeting each other . Jane's father and the prince's father had bad relations between them , and were planning for an attack .


One night , when the Prince and Jane were together , Jane's father secretly marched to the prince's kingdom with his army . The Prince had to go save his home .

Jane - A day passed , but he never returned . The whole kingdom was destroyed . My father figured out that I loved the prince,  so he banished me from the kingdom . I quietly moved on , came back to the cottage far there .
I realized that I was pregnant .

Sif - What happened then?

Jane - I lived there for a long time , alone . My baby died . And then Thor came in my life . Life became adventurous,  and that's how I am here , back where it all started .

Sif - Oh...........

Jane - What happened?

Sif - Oh , nothing!

Meanwhile........................

Linda and Val were sitting on a bench near a big tree .

Linda asked Val whether she is better now .
Val replied,  " I never thought that my life will go on like this . I was happy with my husband.  But , then I met you, and everything changed.  "
Linda was heartbroken.  She told her , " Sorry Val , you had to suffer a lot just for me . "

" Ah , no problem , you are my friend Linda. I am not leaving you . "

"Thank you ❤ " .

Linda asked a question.  " How is it to have a family ? "

" You don't have a family ! " , Val exclaimed.
Linda said , " It's different for us Val , far different from the humans . "

" Oh ! Yes you are right.  Having a family is a thing that our parents want , but actually that is a person's or any other animal's need . It's Ah..... very beautiful for loving couples , they fight over small things , but they resolve quickly . That's true bonding .
Hey ! Why did you ask that though ? Do you like someone.  Do you like Steve ? "

Linda stammered,  " Ahh.... No .. why would I .... " ( which a smile )

Val knew that she liked him . So , she wanted to see how this goes on .

Meanwhile,  Steve was walking through the market thinking about how to tell Linda about this . Suddenly,  Frigga came out of nowhere and asked him , " How about a beautiful proposal! "

Conversation:-
Steve - My Queen , where did you.... what why ?

Frigga - Don't try to hide from me boy , I already know what you are thinking .

Steve - Ahh..... How ?

Frigga - Did you forget I am a witch . And please , I am no longer a queen . You can call me mother .

Steve - Ok mother . I was just thinking about Linda , how do I tell her ?

Frigga - Just try to propose her .

Steve - I don't know,  if it will work .

Frigga - Do not wait too much boy , we are already in war .

Steve - Hmmm....


Amidst the cheerful and lovely celebration,  there were two people waiting for the right moment.  But before it could arrive , a big explosion occurred near the village fountain , and a portal opened , from which came the Goddess of Death , Hela  , filled with vengeance and grief of losing the throne .

What will happen now ?
