I been slowly writing a letter to my father, even though he won't ever get it. It's part of one of the shadow work questions that I found. It says. "If you could write a letter to someone that has hurt you, what would it say? " I have a lot of letters that I need to do, but first I need to work on my father's first. He the one that caused my trauma in the first place. All the pain and suffering before anyone else had the chance to. Next will be my uncle's and then cousin's. After that my rapist and every guy that really hurt me the most. Then to a classmate that ditched me, just so she can hang out with all the dudes and my brother's that one day. That really hurt and that's one reason why I didn't really care for girls. Yeah I'll be nice to them, unless they are going to be mean to me.
