Forever Home
Anna had always been a wanderer. However being chained to 9 to 5 job like everyone else has drained her. She decides to take life in a new direction. She quits her job and travels to the mountains.
She rents a small cabin in a picturesque village,far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The serenity of the place was magical, and Anna felt at peace for the first time in a long time.
On her first day there, she went on a hike in the mountains and stumbles upon a small cafe nestled in a secluded spot. As she entered the cafe, she caught a whiff of freshly brewed coffee along with a scent of fresh woods with vanilla.
Something in her stired and her inner self was excited. She turned to locate the origin of the scent and saw a guy sitting in the corner with a book in his hand. The way he furrowed his brow revealed that he was engrossed in what he was reading. He smiled as he caught her eye when she looked. She in turn gave him a polite smile and went on to order her coffee and a croissant. She couldn't help but feel drawn to him.
The next day she went back to the cafe, hoping to see the man again. He was there sitting in the corner, lost in his book. this time Anna mustered her courage and went n spoke to the guy. They chatted for hours about thier love for books, sunsets over the mountains, they exchanged numbers and went their separate ways.
Over the next few weeks,Anna and the guy, while name was Andy, went on numerous hikes, shared countless cups of coffee and talked about everything under the sun. She was faling for him hard and fast,but she knew she had to go back.
One day, as they sat on the hill overlooking the valley, Anna told Andy she would have to leave soon. Andy was crestfallen, and Anna could tell that he was feeling the same emotional tug of war that she was. Andy confessed he had fallen in love with her and Anna was elated as she told him she wa sin love with him as well.
As Anna looked out at the stunning vista and the man next to her, she knew then that she was brought by destiny to meet the love of her life in a world that she had found peace in. She knew then that this would be her forever home.
