The consequence of greediness
One day three friends were travelling in a train . They were sitting in first class.Including another person there were only 4 people in first class.The other person looked very rich as he was wearing expensive clothes , a gold watch and chain .He was also wearing a precious cap. The three friends started gossiping about him and started thinking about ways to rob him .After a long time of thinking they got an idea.
The first friend whose name was Ali said "Sir , it is such a long journey so i decided that all of us should play a game to pass time".
"Agreed". The man said.
Ali said " The rules are simple , all of us will tell you a tale you have to believe it and if you did'nt then excluding your clothes and shoes you will have to give us everything you have in your pockets , neck , hands etc".
The other friend whose name was hamza said "Same is the case with us".
Ali started to narrate his story "I was a baby and in my pram when my mom wanted a papaya to soften the meat , the papaya was on the tree and she could not climb a tree so i got up , climbed the tree , put in the kitchen and came back on my pram ".
"So do you believe me ?".
"Yes, i do believe you ". said the man
It was hamza's turn and he started "Once i was walking in a forest and suddenly i saw a lion he was very furious and wanted to eat me , i explained to him that don't eat me i'm not a normal human still he attacked me so i grabbed him by his neck and killed him ,so sir do you think that my tale is true ?".
"Yes , it is possible and i salute your bravery ".
Both the first and second one lost to get the things out of him so it was the last one's turn .His name was haroon and he was very selfish .He started to narrate his story " Once i saw a mango tree , it had ripe mangoes so i climbed it and ate many mangoes but theproblem was that i did'nt know how to get down . So i went to the hardware shop bought a ladder , put it on the tree and got down. So do you believe my tale ?".
"Infact i do , and mind you it was a very intelligent way of getting down ".
All the 3 friends had failed to make him lose and now it was his turn.
The man started to narrate his story "I had a fruit farm in which i used to grow oversized fruits once i saw 3 very extra large pumkins they were bigger than usual when we cut them there were 3 human children in it .I raised them and they started to work at m farm but then they ran away.And you 3 were the one who ran away from my farm and now you must come back , so do you believe my tale or not".
The 3 boys got confused if they believed they would have to go with him and if they did'nt they would have to give up their things at last after a long time of thinking they chose the second option and gave up their expensive watches and chains as well as their wallet.
Moral:Don't be greedy~
