One day little 12 years old girl asked her father," what are you going to buy for me as a gift for my birthday ?"
father smiled and said,"the is much time so wait till your birthday".
just after a few days after this conversation. the girl fainted and was rushes to the hospital. after check on the girl ,the doctor came and informed the family that the girl had and heart, and probably she will die . Everyone in the family was shocked to hear that and didn't knew what to do about the girl situation.
while the girl was lying on the bed in the hospital and her father sitting near to her she asked her father ,"Daddy am I going to die?"
Father replied " no my lovely daughter you will live"
He gave her a warm hug and kiss her on her forehead and left weeping.

Girl said " how can you be sure daddy?" father turn around and said "I know".
After some time the girl got treatment and was recovering. after she came home , she found letter on her bed.
it says "my sweet dear if you reads this ,it means it went out well. dear do you remember asking me your birthday gift at that time I didn't know what to present to you as your birthday gift so I said wait till it comes .but now as am writing you to letter I lovely speaks from my heart that ,Now my presentation to you as a birthday gift is my heart".
