Tonality command and communication
In the business society of entrepreneurship and management, all practitioners must understand the concept of “Tonality” in communication. Majority of society only understands body language in communication yet cannot comprehend or understand that tonality plays a very vital role in communication.
Tonality is a deep art of communication which enables us to communicate efficiently, it is the basis of frequency where some may have heard “ALPHA”, “BETA”, and “THETA”.
The ALPHA wave basically coordinates calmness, alertness, mind / body integration and learning process. ALPHA is the power of now!, being here in control, in the present. The word ALPHA is defined as dominance. The BETA waves are further divided into 3 bands; lo-beta (Beta1, 12-15hz) can be referred to as “fast idle” or musing. BETA (B2, 15-22hz) is a high engagement which actively figures out problems and solutions. Hi-Beta (Beta3 22-38hz) is a highly modulated thought integrating new experiences, high anxiety or excitement.
THETA wave often occurs during sleep, when you are feeling calm, a good night sleep can rejuvenate the THETA cycle allowing you a good rest and increase the opportunity to increase the ALPHA and BETA wave. THETA is a guidance or gateway for learning, memory and intuition, our senses are removed from the external world and to focus on signals originating from within, this comes from our synapsis of medulla oblongata.
There are many varieties of research within this brain wave, this acts as a frequency conduit for our brain to function and allow us to effectively communicate. Many believe communication is just a state of play such as using or choosing a choice of worlds, it is partly correct and there is more to it than meets the eye. Tonality increases the sound wave activity and combined with proper para-language, body language and emotions. Using the correct tonality, para- language, body language and emotion will enable our communication to be brilliantly effective and increase weight and leverage when having a discussion.
