Cupcakes • Contains Egg
INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1tsp Instant Coffee
• 1 Cup water
• 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 Medium Egg
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
MAKE IT
1) Sift togther flour, salt and cocoa powder.
2) After sieving add 1 Cup sugar and then add the instant coffee to the mixture.
3) Whish everything until well combined.
4) Add water after whisking the dry ingredients.
5) Add oil
6) Crack the medium sized egg and don't forget to add the vinegar.
7) WHISK WHISK until no lumps
8) Transfer your batter to a liquid measuring cup and pour into muffin pan with cupcake liners.
BAKING TEMPERATURE
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes at 180°.
This recipe makes 12 cupcakes.
