Unused portions of bread sat on the plate by the stove. The family had left to 'vacation' while Bobou was asleep on his fluffy mouse pillow. Bobou stretched a bit and hopped up on the counter. He slinked around to the plate carefully, just in case, then licked the bread and began to eat it. It was a quick snack. So he licked his paws and hopped off the counter. Feeling fulfilled in his independence, Bobou waltzed into the Mom and Dads' room and slept on those 'forbidden' pillows.
